Intercompany Operations Manager

Based in Singapore, the Intercompany Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end‑to‑end intercompany Order‑to‑Cash operations for the International Region, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of orders across internal entities.

• Lead end‑to‑end intercompany order creation, processing, and product allocation based on country‑specific batch attributes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfilment across internal entities.
• Manage order exceptions, blocks, EDI issues, and master data challenges to maintain uninterrupted order flow and strong operational control.
• Drive OTIF and LIFR performance by monitoring backlog, open orders, and allocation constraints; lead structured root‑cause analysis and service recovery actions.
