Job Description
Elevate data governance practices with Interac in the role of Senior Specialist. Ensure strategic management of data governance initiatives and policy compliance in a flexible hybrid setting.
Reporting to the Leader of D&A Strategy and Advisory, this senior position involves providing enterprise-wide leadership for data governance capabilities. You’ll work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure that enterprise data is accurate, complete, and secure, while promoting best practices in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create KPIs to assess data governance efficacy
• Collaborate on establishing data governance policies
• Oversee metadata management for data and AI/ML models
• Maintain data catalogs and dictionaries in the Analytics Environment
• Manage data quality issues effectively with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Preferred degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance or Risk
