Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IP strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee patent filings, trademark registrations, and IP portfolio management across jurisdictions (Singapore, China, US, EU).
- Conduct prior art searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and IP due diligence.
- Advise R&D and engineering teams on IP best practices and innovation documentation.
- Monitor competitor IP activity and manage IP-related litigation or disputes.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in intellectual property management, preferably in the robotics, AI, or high‑tech manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of patent law, patent drafting, and prosecution processes. Experience with PCT applications is highly desirable.
