Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Integrity Officer to help strengthen GHD’s culture of integrity, ethical conduct and accountability. In this role, you’ll provide trusted advice on ethical matters, support transparent decision‑making, and help identify and manage integrity risks across the business.
You’ll work in a complex and evolving environment where sound judgement, discretion and practical problem‑solving are essential. This is a role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and provide accurate and clear advice.

- Lead the design and continuous improvement of integrity policies and initiatives.
- Deliver accurate, clear and insightful reporting on integrity risks and program effectiveness to the ELT and Audit Committee.
