Integrator (SHM) Expert on SHM solution to support SHM deployment. Capture the business needs and translate them into a solution. Ensure End-to-End integration within the SHM suite and the existing Information System.

Information Technology, Citrix, SQL, Data format (XML/CSV/XLS), XSLT language, SHARP background is a bonus.

Preparation including means to access and feed the solution (printers, barcode readers) Provide day-to-day functional & technical support to the Business Units already deployed with SHM solution (run mode) using SEP ticketing systems Monitor system alerts for already SHM deployed programs to anticipate any system malfunction Analyse, challenge and answer defects/evolutions in a timely manner / escape topics with elements required for the analysis and with the right priority into their/our ticketing system setting up cation plans Identify Business Unit required evolutions that can impact Core Solution and coordinate short term to long term solutions Support ...
