Hiring: IVR Engineer

✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IVR development
- Hands-on experience with IVR platforms like Nuance (NDF/Mix preferred), Genesys, Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Avaya, or Cisco
- Strong knowledge of VoiceXML (VXML) and IVR frameworks
- Programming skills in Java / Python / NodeJS / C++
- Experience in Conversational AI / Voice Bot / IVA projects
- Good understanding of NLU & NLP concepts
- Experience in REST API integration
- Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Basic experience in SQL / NoSQL databases
