About the Role
We are seeking a Test & Integration Manager with electronic / optical / hardware industrialisation experience to lead the introduction of complex optical systems into manufacturing.
This role sits at the centre of R&D, optical engineering, production, and quality , ensuring that highly complex systems are fully tested, validated, and industrialised for scalable, repeatable manufacturing.
You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and optimisation of automated test systems and production test benches for optical and electronic hardware products.
