Join GreenShield as the Integration Manager for our Contact Centre. You will manage the integration of software applications, ensuring alignment with our mission for better health.
As a key leader reporting to the Director of Contact Centre Services, your role expands across software oversight and development of integration strategies. With at least three years in a technical or systems integration position, your experience in improving operational workflows will shine. You'll also provide insights for business reporting while serving a vital role in collaborating with Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Product Owner for Contact Centre applications
• Lead all implementations related to Contact Centre Systems
