Summary:

The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is embedded in a primary care setting, serving as a key member of the medical team to address behavioral health needs in real time. This clinician provides brief, evidence-based interventions and short-term therapy to appropriate patients within the primary care clinic, while also coordinating care and connecting patients to additional resources when longer-term or specialty services are needed.
