Intake Worker (Freelancer)

Rate: $26/hour

The Intake Worker for the Family Service Centre (FSC) will manage assigned intake caseload and conduct intake sessions.

  • Maintain an intake load of 5 active intake case per week (assuming one intake session is required to close each intake case).
  • Manage enquiries from walk-in clients, conduct initial assessments, and direct them to either intake or referral to partner agencies.
  • Conduct intake sessions, identify and assess client needs using the intake assessment framework, and either promote to case or close at intake within the SOP timeline.
  • Provide appropriate information and referral services to individuals seeking assistance from our Centre.
