Intake Team Lead

You will lead, coach and support a high-performing Intake team, ensuring timely responses to all enquiries, effective lead management and seamless onboarding of participants. This role is critical in maintaining service quality, clinician utilisation, and strong stakeholder relationships.



Your role:

• Full time, permanent position. 
• Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm
• Lead, coach and develop Intake Specialists to achieve performance targets
• Manage lead pipelines, intake workflows and waitlist audits 
• Ensure all participant agreements, funding and risk assessments are completed 
• Support new starter onboarding and appointment scheduling
• Keep our database up to date and help with documentation
• Work closely with our regional managers and supervisors to coordinate bookings for new starters.
