QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred.Customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally, effectively and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances.Multitasking skills and a detail‐oriented focus required for a fast‐paced environment.Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers.Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.SHIFTTraining 8:00AM to 4:00PM GDL time (1–2 weeks)Scheduled Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PMOperation hours 7:00AM – 7:30PM.SALARY AND BENEFITSMonthly base salary $16,000.Monthly net $13,800 – monthly gross performance bonus up to $5,100, metrics based on intake and perfect attendance to be eligible.Bonus will be paid once a month.
