Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently as per organizational objectives. Drive and maintain an appropriate business mix across Motor and Non-Motor insurance segments as per defined business goals. Recruit, develop, and strengthen the network of agents, Business Associates, and channel partners. Ensure activation and engagement of Business Associates for effective business development activities. Take ownership of overall business profitability and revenue generation within the assigned territory. Ensure renewal retention and maintain strong business relationships with partners and associates. Identify, onboard, and develop new Business Associates and channel partners to expand the distribution network.
