Insurance and Wealth Associate Remote

Become a vital Insurance and Wealth Associate with Prospr by Sun Life, supporting clients' financial needs through effective communication and service strategies. This role includes fostering connections and offering insights on life, health, and wealth management solutions.
In this position, you will assist both new and existing clients, responding to their service inquiries and promoting connections with fully licensed Prospr Advisors. Key responsibilities include managing outbound calls, ensuring timely responses to policy changes, and facilitating the client onboarding process via chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls from existing Prospr block clients
• Make outbound calls for policy and beneficiary changes
• Identify sales opportunities during client interactions
• Manage the death claims process effectively
• Support clients using the Prospr chat function
