Instrumentation Specialist I

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** The Instrumentation Specialist will provide support and direction for the Instrumentation Engineering aspect projects.

**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**

+ Provide day to day operation to the Instrumentation Engineering Team.
+ Work with clients, contractors, and internal customers to produce the Control Design Book (9-1) and Electrical Specification Book (9). Monitor and ensure that efforts are consistent with client goals and objectives.
+ Provide engineering support to clients, contractors and field personnel on the Book 9 and Book 9-1.
+ Assist field personnel with technical issues when they arise.
+ Lead and support the development of specifications inclusive of instrumentation equipment and the detail control designs of projects.
+ Develop instrument take-off based on project P&ID’s.
+ Prepare instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.
