Valve Selection & Specification:
Continuously consider cost, constructability, operability and maintainability. Specify and/or Select appropriate valves (e.g., ball, gate, globe, check, emergency shutdown valves) based on process requirements and applicable Global Technical Standard (GTS). Ensure compliance with international industry standards, Classification requirements, client specifications, and regulatory requirements such as API , API , API 6A, API 6D, API , API , NORSOK M- or ISO , ASME and other applicable standards. Prepare/review technical datasheets, material selection, and pressure-temperature ratings. Strong background in the analysis of Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) in Valves and Elastomers. ...
