Overview

We are looking for an Instrument Coordinator to join our Theatre department team at the Droitwich Spa Hospital, part of Circle Health Group.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Oversee preparation and availability of surgical instrumentation, liaising with internal decontamination services and external hospitals where required.
• Ensure instruments are clean, functional, and delivered to correct locations in a timely manner to meet daily theatre schedules.
• Assist in ordering, rotation, and replenishment of theatre consumables, ensuring alignment with Circle Health Group’s suppliers and procurement policies.
• Support theatre team in delivering seamless surgical services, contributing to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
