About the role

Our prison kitchen at Christchurch Women’s Prison is responsible for producing approximately 800 meals, three times a day for Christchurch Women’s Prison & Rolleston prison.

As a Catering & Laundry Instructor, you will provide direct supervision and practical training within a commercial kitchen setting, from general meal preparation and delivery to corporate catering, and enable our people to achieve NZQA qualifications. The role also supports the laundry operation as part of the wider Internal Services team.
