Experience:

1–2 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences.
Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
