Instructional Design Manager

The Instructional Design Officer is responsible for administering and improving learning programs through digital platforms, developing high-quality training content, ensuring instructional excellence, supporting organizational learning initiatives, and facilitating training sessions that enhance employee capability and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the deployment, tracking, and maintenance of learning programs through the BPI University's BPI On-The-Go platform to ensure effective learner access and completion monitoring.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across learning programs by establishing and maintaining instructional design standards and quality assurance processes.
