**Position Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate **Instructional Aides** to support teachers and students in classrooms within the **Oceanside School District** . This role involves working closely with students who require instructional and/or behavioral assistance, helping create a positive and supportive learning environment.
The Instructional Aide works under the supervision of the special education department, classroom teacher, and/or assigned school leadership to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
