Installation Of New IP Access Control System - RD
Following a site assessment, it was determined that the existing access control system at Riviera Dreams is an outdated standalone solution that no longer meets current security, safety, and operational requirements. The existing system lacks centralized management, integration capabilities, and manufacturer support, resulting in limited functionality and increased operational risks.
The current installation does not integrate with the building fire alarm system, provides no real‑time monitoring or audit trails, and offers inadequate user and card management. Additionally, several doors currently have no access control, allowing unrestricted access to sensitive areas by tenants and visitors. The absence of a reliable backup mechanism also creates a risk of system reconfiguration and data loss in the event of a PC failure.
