Job Purpose: Manage all elevator and escalator installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company quality standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple elevator and escalator installation projects simultaneously.
• Prepare installation schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Supervise Installation Supervisors, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Service departments.
• Monitor installation progress, productivity, and project costs.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
