Job Description
Summary
The Inspector I performs basic inspection work in petroleum, petrochemical, gas, grain, oils and fats terminals and refineries; also performs inspection work on board barges and ships following industry standards and the procedures published by API, Fosfa, Gafta and Saybolt.
Duties & Responsibilities
Inspector I assists other inspectors and Account Managers in duties of the location, ensuring efficient work to meet client needs accurately and in time. May work at different locations and on offshore operations as requested.
- Responsible for running operations at lowest possible costs while meeting safety, quality, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensures full cooperation with department and Managers on assignments.
- Follows all company procedures (HSE Manual, Accounting Policies, IT procedures, Ethics Policy, Compliance Code, etc.).
- Reports directly to Inspection Account Managers.
