Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking an Inspection Manager for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. We’re looking for a hands-on Inspection Manager who can own the entire quality function—from shop floor execution to system-level compliance.
This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo; it’s about driving accountability, tightening processes, and ensuring we consistently meet demanding aerospace and defense standards. What You’ll Own Supervise and direct Inspector across incoming, in-process, and final inspection functions; assign work and manage daily priorities.
Review inspection plans, control plans, and traveler requirements before jobs are released to the inspection floor.
Monitor inspection throughput and queue; identify and resolve bottlenecks to protect production schedule commitments.
