Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads provided through portals and campaigns
• Qualify buyer and seller requirements and schedule meetings for agents
• Maintain daily call targets and ensure high conversion rates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling

Requirements

• Previous telesales or call center experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
