Role Summary The SDR Pod Leader will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline for the Banking and Capital Markets vertical. The role will drive account-based outreach, improve SDR productivity and conversions, strengthen sales alignment, and ensure strong CRM governance and performance reporting. Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SDR pod performance across meetings, qualified leads, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution.
