Inside Sales Support Engineer

Position: Sales Support – Marine Boiler Burner & Upgrades (Singapore)

As part of Alfa Laval’s after‑sales business in Heat & Gas systems, you will drive sales of burner and control system upgrade, and life‑extension services for marine boilers across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scope upgrade and life‑extension services for vessels’ steam boilers, identifying required materials and related services.
• Prepare commercial offers and value‑based quotations for external sales partners.
• Follow up on open quotations, maintain close relationships with sales companies, and ensure a seamless handover to the order stage.
• Analyze customer needs, deliver precise proposals, and convert leads into competitive offers.
• Collaborate with technical team and in‑house support to deliver the best solution.
• Travel within Singapore and potentially on business trips as required.
