Franklin Empire Inc. supplies electrical components for new construction, renovation, and maintenance of industrial plants, residences and commercial buildings. We provide OEM and MRO solutions, lighting design, inventory management, training, automation expertise, and specialty services.
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Newmarket branch.
This person will be under the supervision of the branch manager.
The main responsibilities for this position are:
Be attentive to customer requests at all times, maintaining a polite and professional attitude;
Quickly solve customer problems;
Get involved in sales, answering calls promptly;
Take orders while trying to increase sales and profits;
Respond to price request and provide technical information;
Check and inform customers regarding overdue orders (B.O.);
Submit new quotes and make follow-ups;
