- Proactively contact and communicate with (potential) customers and prospects via phone, email and web forms to identify sales opportunities and manage inbound requests. 
- Understand and evaluate customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. 
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to prospective customers.
