About the Role
MiniMed is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to remotely drive sales and patient engagement. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead conversion, and ongoing customer support with a strong emphasis on CRM management and administrative accuracy. This is a hybrid position with an expected onsite presence at our Brampton, ON site three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Remotely sell Medtronic products and retain end‑user patients within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Identify, develop, and close leads and refer internal leads when appropriate.
- Provide input on new markets, product introductions, and existing product integration.
- Promote and educate customers about the company's products and services.
