Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum plus £20,000 OTE.
Location: Rochdale
Are you a high performing Inside Sales or SDR leader with a passion for developing people, creating sales opportunities and delivering measurable commercial results?
We're looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager to lead and develop our internal sales function, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities for our field sales team. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll be responsible for maximising lead generation performance, improving conversion rates and creating a high-performing culture that delivers results.
