Job Description
**As a Inside Sales you will**:
- Prepare cost and energy savings reports that will quantify the return on investment to our customers
- Prepare accurate quotes that will lead to the smooth execution of a purchase order with appropriate equipment.
- Coordinate delivery information with our clients’ onsite teams
- Gather supporting documents necessary for a sale of our technology
- Manage RMA submissions and follow ups
- Coordinate support calls and customer training
- Meet regularly with sales managers to strategize on how to shorten the sales cycle for all clients Update CRM with pertinent information that maximizes communication between the client and our sales team
**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
- 2+ years in sales experience or relevant experience supporting sales teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Very comfortable with analytics and spreadsheets
- Superlative written and oral communication skills
