Role Overview

Inside Sales Engineer is the key role reporting to Sales and Customer Service Manager – ME. The Inside Sales Engineer will be based in Dubai and support the customers by identifying their needs, offering standard, specific solutions/equipment, and services in order maximize opportunities and their success ratio.

Responsibilities

• Support Foam Products; background in Foam Suppression sales/design is a must.
• Collaborate with outside sales, customer services, product management, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions, address customer needs, adhering to Johnson Controls product standards, quality standards and specifications.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients for answering queries, providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.
