The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
