Innovation Strategy & Performance Manager

Job Description
The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. The Mainstream Brand team includes a portfolio of brands that manages over 70% of company volume. The U.S. Innovation Strategy & Planning team is seeking an individual who will ensure continuity across Stage Gate governance, innovation performance tracking, and operating rhythm enablement,
supporting cross-functional alignment and leadership decision-making. Own monthly innovation review cycles, manage submissions and readiness, orchestrate committee meetings, and track actions through post‑launch reviews. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences; analyze performance vs. prior periods and synthesize insights for leadership decision‑making.
