**Innovation and AutomationEngineer 2**
Responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
**Your role:**
+ Lead troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and production support activities while implementing sustainable corrective actions, code modifications, and process improvements to enhance reliability and reduce recurrence.
+ Drive product and sub-assembly development initiatives, including NPI participation, PCB/circuit design, CAD modeling, testing, and successful transfer of solutions into production.
+ Develop end-to-end software and automation solutions using LabVIEW, C++, Java, Python, and PLCs to support test control, data collection, analysis, and manufacturing efficiency.
+ Plan and execute validation, compliance, quality, and change management activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, R&R, software validation, Windchill ...
