* Grade 5 classification ($116,413 to $140,849 base salary + 12% superannuation)
* Hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
About the role
The Injury Management Adviser supports a diverse workforce - from horticulturalists to corporate professionals - by providing comprehensive, effective, and timely advice on injury prevention and the proactive management of workplace and personal injuries.
In the role, you will apply your experience and expertise of the legislation to the management of injury claims, including return-to-work planning and the implementation of adjustments which promote workforce participation.
You will liaise with third parties, including WorkSafe Agents, to ensure their engagement and service deliverables demonstrate value to the organisation and our responsibilities as a public institution.
