Injection Molding Machine Setter

PT. Jaya Refrigeration Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated Injection Molding Machine Setter to support our plastic injection molding production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, process optimization, mold handling, and quality control to ensure stable production output and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Injection Molding Machine Setter or in a similar role.
• Familiar with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of horizontal injection molding machines.
• Able to identify and resolve common molding defects such as flash, sink marks, warpage, bubbles, and color variations.
• Capable of reading basic 2D drawings and understanding quality standards for appearance and structural parts.
• Knowledge of plastic materials, including PP, ABS, and PS, as well as their drying requirements.
