Senior Stress Engineer III - GAC Mexicali

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

The Stress group substantiates structural integrity for all engineering changes in Gulfstream models by performing detailed stress analysis using FEM and hand calculations. Knowledge of design configuration, load paths, mechanical properties, FAR Part 25 regulations, and diverse analysis techniques is required to substantiate aircraft structure.
