Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Project Engineer to join our Tlaxcala factory. In this role, you will be a key player in industrialization and NPI, ensuring a smooth transfer of new and modified products into series production. You will drive production follow-up, secure product release to series, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Transfer products and processes from R&D to production site.
- Secure product release to series, including validation of production readiness, documentation, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain efficient, ergonomic, and safe production processes, equipment, and tools.
