Project Manager - Infrastructure
Responsibilities: Manage infrastructure needs in relation to the implementation of new ICT systems and the ongoing management of existing ones across on-premises, GCC, and GCC+ environments. Facilitate project activities to ensure smooth system rollout and operations; Oversee the change management process for system deployment and operations. Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors and suppliers, including tracking deliverable timelines, identifying delays, and escalating issues where necessary. Manage infrastructure development and maintenance issues in collaboration with internal users and external suppliers. Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with stakeholders, and understand their requirements.
