This role is responsible for managing and supporting ITinfrastructure with a strong focus on virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup and recovery systems, Azure cloud services, systems monitoring (SolarWinds), and enterprise storage (NetApp). The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, availability, and performance across on-premises and cloud environments.
IT Operations & Infrastructure Support:
Maintain day-to-day IT operations and ensure availability of business-critical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and infrastructure issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V):
Manage and maintain VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Perform virtual machine provisioning, migrations, and resource optimization.
