INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support the setup, integration, and ongoing operations of our platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in infrastructure management, network connectivity, and data integration technologies such as API‑based connectors or ETL/ELT tools. This role will work closely with external agencies and internal technical teams to ensure seamless platform onboarding, integration, and system reliability.

• Prepare technical onboarding packages for external agencies, including service accounts, API tokens, access permissions, and connectivity requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on integration prerequisites and credential provisioning.
• Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
