Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

ICT Infrastructure Operations

• Oversee daily operations of ICT infrastructure components, including servers, hosting environments, network infrastructure, end-user computing, and data centre facilities.
• Ensure system availability, continuity, and capacity requirements are met.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Manage Company's-appointed Agency Facilities Management contractors and EUCD contractors.
• Coordinate with contractors for infrastructure projects and end-user device deployment.

Project Implementation & Management

• Plan and implement ICT infrastructure projects to meet service delivery objectives.
• Lead procurement activities, including tender specification preparation, evaluation, recommendation, and award.
