Summary This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent serves as the senior Designated Foreign Disclosure Authority for the Joint Staff who maintains oversight and issuance of delegated authority to Joint Staff and combatant command foreign disclosure officers. Is responsible to the Joint Staff for all matters concerning foreign disclosure and the security aspects of all international bilateral and multilateral cooperative programs.
