**Description**
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll support plant operations by keeping our production equipment running safely and reliably. This role is a hands-on industrial maintenance position that includes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment installs, and repairs.
A major part of this role includes working with equipment involving PLCs and VFDs, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and making repairs. While you’ll work around PLC-controlled systems often, this is not a PLC programming role—we’re looking for a technician who can keep the equipment running, minimize downtime, and support production success.
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager / Plant Manager
