• Customs Compliance Reporting and Auditing
  • Validate inbound permits against shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to Finance within established timelines.
• Freight Bill Verification Approval and Accrual Reporting
  • Review, verify, and process freight invoices for approval and submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
  • Perform monthly freight accrual activities to support accurate financial accounting and reporting.
• End to End Coordination of Engineering Sample
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to streamline the request process and ensure all requests are properly documented, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
