Industrial Safety Supervisor

**Key requirements**:
- Minimum 3 full-time resources (Industrial Safety Supervisors / Coordinators)
- Strong experience in construction safety, contractor management, and NOM-031-STPS compliance
- Automotive or industrial project experience preferred
- Spanish required; English is a plus
- Project duration: ~18 months (starting around June ****)
**Profile & Experience**:
- 5+ years in industrial safety / EHS roles (construction or plant installation projects)
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors on-site
- Strong knowledge of Mexican safety regulations (STPS, NOMs, IMSS compliance)
- Experience in permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and incident prevention
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments with strong field presence
**Education & Certifications**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field
