Industrial relations officer

Description

The HR Industrial Relations Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and labor relations within the Human Resources function across the entire Airlink Group of Companies.

Requirements A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent is the minimum education requirement. Diploma in a related HR or Legal field. At least 3 years of HR/IR experience, specifically in resolving matters within a company of 1,000+ employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
